This website is operated by DarkTrace. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DarkTrace. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

**2. Digital products**

Our products are downloadable, printable templates delivered electronically after payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and the means to download, open and print PDF files.

**3. License**

When you buy a template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and use it for your own personal, non-commercial decoration. You may print it as many times as you want for personal use. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload or give away the files, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

**4. Prices and payment**

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or promotion, including free gifts, at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

**5. Refunds**

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

**6. Use of markers and surfaces**

Our templates are designed to be traced onto glass with liquid chalk or glass markers. A free set of markers is included with eligible orders while the promotion lasts. Always follow the marker manufacturer's instructions and test the marker on a small, hidden area of the surface first. Children should use markers under adult supervision. We are not responsible for any damage to windows, frames or other surfaces resulting from the use of markers, tape or other materials.

**7. Results**

Images on this site show examples of finished designs. The final look depends on the markers, the lighting (including UV/blacklight) and how the template is traced, so your result may vary.

**8. Accuracy of information**

We try to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.

**9. Intellectual property**

All content on this site, including the templates, images, text and logos, belongs to DarkTrace or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by the license in section 3.

**10. Limitation of liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkTrace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

**11. Governing law**

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
